You can use Magic in a variety of ways for a dinner, to make it easy we have outlined what is available in chronological order of a typical dinner. Text in BLUE are our suggestions
Guests Arrive at your event Roving Magic is a great way of breaking the ice kickstarting the event off in the right direction from the start. It is also useful if you Have an Xmas party on a weekday- and this roving maic will get them out of "work Mode" and put them into "party mode"
Guests are seated Normally magic is not performed at this point, because you really want the guests to be seated as apposed to standing around
Welcoming speech Welzman's roving show plus the Magician in Disguise packages include photography in which photos will be taken of the Welcome speech
Entree's servers Roving Magic can be used to fill in the delay time for those tables waiting to be served PLEASE NOTE: People don't want to see roving magic as they are eating, only waiting for food
Entree's Cleared Once again Roving Magic can be used to fill in the delay time for those tables waiting for plates to be cleared
Presentation on stage You could have a 10-20 minute stage sh
ow at this point- especially if you have hired a DJ or band and you know your guests like to have as much time dancing as possible
Mains served Roving Magic can be used to fill in the delay time for those tables waiting to be served PLEASE NOTE: People don't want to see roving magic as they are eating, only waiting for food
Mains cleared Once again Roving Magic can be used to fill in the delay time for those tables waiting for plates to be cleared
After Dinner show This is the perfect time for a Full stage show
Deserts served Let the guests relax- no need to perform at this point
DJ or Band Not everyone dances, so the roving magic works well because it can be performed in darker areas with loud background music, plus the roving magic includes the photography and Welzman will take photos at this point. Also if you booked the stage show- guests love to chat with the magician afterwards
